• Income: For you and your spouse (if applicable)
• Expenses: For the entire family
• Life Insurance: For you and your spouse (if applicable)
• Health Insurance: For the entire family
• Assets and Possessions: For you and your spouse (if applicable)
• Investments: For you and your spouse (if applicable)
• Loans: For you and your spouse (if applicable)
• Your financial goals

Information not applicable to you

If I have asked for something that is not applicable to you, there is no need to give any details – just leave the field blank.

For example, if the form asks for the details of your children, and you don't have any – just leave the fields blank.

Importance of the information provided by you

As I mentioned earlier, the details that you provide form the foundation of the financial plan that I prepare for you. Therefore, please provide as accurate information as possible.

I understand that this can be cumbersome – you might not have all details handy, or you might just want to take a break in between.

Don't worry – the system for entering the information is very flexible. Even after you enter the information, you can come back any time and change or refine it. The latest information is what gets saved in your account.

After you enter all the relevant information, please drop me an email at myplan@raagvamdatt.com so that I know the information is final. Once I get your email, I would start working on your financial plan.
