"I think the greatest benefit of the financial planning exercise to me personally was not so much the direct action plan that resulted from it (as important as that is), but the introspection I had to undergo on a very important aspect of my life. I think it has made me more conservative and cautionary in my spends and my outlook to personal finance has changed for sure. The exercise has also made me realize that there is no easy way out and planners can best act as guides. It is in one's best interest to take their help and make responsible decisions for one self. These include expanding one's understanding and knowledge and a continuous monitoring of one's life's situations.

I have benefited in gaining this view by engaging with you Raag. So many thanks! It remains to be seen how well I can execute the plan given the changing circumstances around me.

On the flip side, one of the reasons I was able to readily enroll into this service was the very attractive entry price. But I feel that with your current price change (which is significant) you may have priced yourself out of other potential first timers.

Response: I agree that the price hike has been substantial. But please consider that for the preparation of the customized financial plan, I was putting in disproportionate effort compared to the price I was charging. Also, even after the price hike, "My Financial Plan" costs a lot less than other major players (whose prices start at Rs. 10,000). So, overall, "My Financial Plan" still remains the most attractive financial planning service.

"Actually I came to know this website when I was searching information for tax deduction under section 80 DD,and I got all information regarding this on raagvamdatt.com. Then I read most of the articles of Raag sir. Also read that Raag sir was also providing financial planing services.

I was excited because this is completely web based service and there is no need to meet the financial planner. I read all information given on website in My Financial Plan and decided to avail the service.

It took around one month to prepare my final draft. After reading the final draft, I am very much satisfied because all the areas like my insurance cover, health insurance, asset allocation, goals and action plan for me were very nicely and in detail analyzed by Raag sir. If I follow this financial plan then I can definitely achieve my financial goals.

One suggestion I want to tell Raag sir regarding comprehensiveness of plan - income tax evaluation was not included in Plan because person like me always think that how much minimum tax should be paid to govt. Second, direct cash market equity suggestions/investments is not there.

Regardless I am very much satisfied with plan and I definitely suggest my friends and relatives to avail these services.
